Registration and use of ph78 is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above under Philippine law.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active ph78 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
PH Law Applies
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR regulatory frameworks.
By accessing, registering for, or using the ph78 platform (the "Platform") operated at ph78.lat and any associated mobile or web application, you ("the User," "the Player") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), the ph78 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other applicable rules and policies published on the Platform from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of the ph78 Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms in their current form and as amended from time to time.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph78 (the "Operator"). The Operator reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion, subject to the amendment notice procedures described in Section 14.
To register and use the ph78 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
ph78 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the prescribed timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Each User may hold only one registered account on the ph78 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different mobile numbers, names, device identifiers, or payment instruments, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
When registering a ph78 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for promptly updating your account details if any change occurs.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph78 Login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. ph78 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify ph78 immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorized access to your account.
All financial transactions on the ph78 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph78 accepts deposits through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to change at the Operator's discretion.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. ph78 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
By depositing funds into your ph78 account, you represent and warrant that:
ph78 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities as required by law.
Withdrawal requests on ph78 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the Operator's withdrawal routing policies. ph78 targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal completion within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the published daily cutoff time.
Before a withdrawal request is approved, ph78 may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, which includes submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of address. Withdrawal processing will be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Bonus-derived winnings may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
ph78 may offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant promotion on the Platform.
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms: (a) bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device; (b) bonuses are not transferable between accounts; (c) ph78 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice where abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is suspected; and (d) bonus winnings are credited to the player's balance subject to the stated wagering multiplier.
Players who are found to have exploited bonuses through artificial betting patterns, coordinated multi-account play, or any other form of bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
Each game available on the ph78 Platform is subject to its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
ph78 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) systems certified by independent testing laboratories for all applicable games. The outcome of any game is determined solely by the certified RNG or by real-world physical events in the case of live dealer games broadcast via video stream. ph78 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a game, ph78's system log records will be used as the definitive record to determine the game state at the time of interruption. ph78's decision regarding the resolution of such incidents is final.
Betting limits applicable to each game or table are displayed within the game interface and may change without prior notice. ph78 reserves the right to void bets placed outside published betting limits due to system error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph78 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:
ph78 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. The Platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion tools accessible through the account dashboard after ph78 Login.
Players who wish to self-exclude may submit a request through the Platform. A self-exclusion will be activated within 24 hours of the request. During the self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to access their account, deposit funds, or place bets. ph78 uses commercially reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion.
ph78 reserves the right to initiate a mandatory account review or cooling-off period on any account displaying patterns consistent with problem gambling, including but not limited to rapidly escalating deposits, irregular betting patterns, or explicit statements of financial distress.

All content on the ph78 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, brand marks, and interface design elements, is the intellectual property of ph78 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ph78.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph78 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or network interruptions.
ph78's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their ph78 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph78 makes no warranty that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
ph78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; provision of false information; fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity; failure to complete identity verification; or any other reason that ph78, in its sole discretion, considers sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or its players.
Upon account termination for cause, ph78 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, ph78 may forfeit the balance. If no breach is confirmed, remaining real-money funds (excluding bonus-derived funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may also voluntarily close their ph78 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and real-money balances will be returned to the player.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph78 Platform.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and ph78 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, the parties agree to first seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution processes of the PAGCOR regulatory framework before commencing formal legal proceedings.
ph78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the contact information on record (typically via SMS to the registered Philippine mobile number) at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the ph78 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
